HI All!
Well this will make my 7th radio restored, or should I say half restored. Here is the problem, after testing all tubes, as I always do first, all checked good, then on too the rest of the restoration process, after successfully bringing the radio back too life, and replacing ALL Resistors and capacitors, and that was a real chore! the AM works perfectly! the FM however does not, it seems to be receiving only one station through out the entire band no matter where I tune the dial, bleed through of only one station, this has a FM conversion tuner plus the AM tuner, I can only suspect a problem with the FM tuner itself, I have been through the alignment procedure twice with no success, just about given up on getting the FM too work, any ideas?

Check for trouble in the oscillator section. If a station is coming through loud and clear, then the oscillator is likely working, but something is preventing it from tuning properly--open condenser perhaps. An open coil would more likely cause the oscillator to fail. An open condenser at high frequencies such as these may not completely cripple the oscillator. Of course you should check all anyway. Try replacing all of the small value condensers.
