This site looks really great and I take the opportunity to ask for help.
I just acquired a TRUETONE D1003 and I am desperate to find more about it,
especially schematics and manual, but also old adds,.....
The radio works well (had tubes replaced) and its special features are:
- a row of 6 push-buttons apparently to preset stations,
(I do not know how to operate them)
- 4 knobs to control:
on-off-volume, tone, band selection, and tuning
- a 'phono' connection on the chassis
- a 'Truetone stratoscope' spiral winding for the aerial.
