Hi,
I am restoring an old National NC125 receiver. The metal front panel has all the lettering etched or engraved into the metal. Does anyone have any advice or technique as to what and how to fill in the lettering with white paint(or something else?)after the panal has its new color coat on? I believe I had seen this done many years ago and the person used some kind of paint stick or something to fill in the lettering after the panel was painted. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks,

I've had pretty good luck with the lacquer sticks I got from Antique Electronic Supply. You can find them on their on-line catalog at www.tubesandmore.com
