Coats crochet nylon cord color black no.19 article A70. It works just like new! Thanks for all your help. Now on to the case refinishing!

I got it from the sewing dept. at WalMart.

Another thing that works fairly well is thick black nylon fishing line of the woven no-stretch variety. It looks almost like dial cord.
