XXD Tube and Philco 42-327 schematics.

Hi!

Yet again, I am begging for advice...I am working on
a Philco 42-327, and there is a tube in the set that
the tube chart says is a XXD, and there are no markings
on the tube. What is this? A ballast tube? Also, if
a kind soul has a schematic, please let me know.

Norm: My Wife Just came home with a modle 42-327 Philco in good shape. I am looking for technical data and schematics on this to restore the electronics. Can you point me in the correct direction. Cant find the raido even listed on the philco sites.
