The model number given doesn't sound like a Philco model number to me. The hyphenated number is a part number for something. Philco used the model year, preceding the model number from 1937 through about 1953. An example would be 41-RP-2 (a wireless record player). Whether a multiple speed player or not would be a strong clue.
