:I have just purchased a 1957 Chevrolet long bed truck for my antique radio business and personal use. Unfortunately the owner previous to the seller I bought it from remove it and replaced it with more modern day system which has also been removed. As time and money permits I will be restoring it to original stock condition. I am looking for an original radio for this truck or something of the same vintage. I am also going to post a duplicate of this message on the Antique Wireless Association message board. I will also be looking locally as well.

:Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion! Yes I am on E-Bay as a buyer almost all the time anyway. It does not hurt to continously check their listings. I have already had an e-mail reply as well.

:***********eBay***************** There are radios on there all the time for my 1951 Chevrolet passenger car as well as the pick-up for 1951. I'm pretty sure that there'll be plenty of 1957 truck radios on there as well. Check often (3 times a week or so).
