Battery cable for AK breadboard

Restoring an AK 4340. A few years ago I recall seeing an ad (probably in Antique Radio Classified) for modern reproductions of old battery cables. I cannot find it now. Is anyone aware of such a service? Thanks. Lode Swinnen

Antique Electronic Supply (www.tubesandmore.com) sells an 8 conductor cloth covered battery cable listed for Atwater Kent radios. It has eight different cloth covered wires, each of a different color. You can imagine the six basic colors of the rainbow (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet), and then add white and black. The outer cloth wrap is brown. I have bought some from them before, and it is decent. It is not terribly expensive, either. It's like one or two dollars per foot, last I checked. Check their web-site. It should be found there. It is definitely easy to find in their catologue in the wire section.
