philco radio identification

I have just found a Philco radio, but I do not know the model # of this thing. I have located one model # on the metal electrical chassis being 40-186. One on the tube schematic being 39-6289. And the white pattend sticker on the side of themetal electrical chassis says part #39-5955. Can someone tell me the correct model # of this radio? the only clue that I have is that I seen it in the 1939 Philco radio ad with the three long wooden post in the middle. And the radio is the tall floor version. Thanks for any response and help! Neil

Neil-

Philco changed the numbering of their model numbers around 1937-38 to the last two digits of the date of manufacture. Therefore your model 40-186 went into production in 1940.

:Thanks Bob!
: I see now. And I also made a mistake and said that the radio had three wooden post in the middle, It has four. The next mistake was that I give the incorrect number on the side of the metal chassis. It says= 40-185. Thanks for your help with this!
