I have aquired a really clean heathkit signal tracer model T-3 Found an assembly manual on the Bama site. But my unit has some differences in its schematics. The changes look to be original to the assembly of this unit. ie; the soldering and wiring methods are the same.
My question is were there different versions of this unit, or were there unpublished changes that an assembler could make.
Can somone also point me to a Heath forum that I could find som info. Thanks Moe.

Hi Moe,
I have a Heathkit T-2 tracer, but I am afraid that won't help much in answering your questions about the T-3. You might post an inquiry in the Heathkit website, at www.heathkit-museum.com Maybe someone there can answer this question.

If it can be of any help:I looked at the schematic at the BAMA and it was exactly the same as in the original 1957 catalogue that I have-although for some reason they are slightly different drawn....
