Tough dog Marconi

I have an old 1938 Canadian Marconi model #141 console radio.
If possible I would really appreciate a schematic for this set since it has
a unique problem which I have not encountered before. The tube compliment is
1-6A7, 1-6k7, 1-6F5, 1-6H6 2-6w6 1-5Y3 and 1-6U5. The problem is very poor sensitivity on the AM band but the SW bands are OK. I can receive SW stations from Europe and Africa. The sound is also very distorted on the AM band.
I have thoruoghly checked the audio section by injecting a signal generator and looking at the waveform on a scope. The sine waves look absolutely clean.
The radio had major restoration done about 20 years ago and has had very little use since then. I would really like to get this thing up to snuff if possible but without a schematic I am lost.
Many thanks

Hi Dieter

I've sent the schematic, voltages and alignment data.
