It is in Sams, 16-33. There are two chassis listed for that unit, so you may want to check for additional numerals in the chassis number.

You can still get a print version of it, but they do not have an electronic version of it available yet. Some people advertise on Phil's "Unclassified ads", that they will sell a sleeve, or a complete folder.
