I picked up a Lumitone radio-lamp the other day, and
it came with a small lampshade on it. I've seen pics
of other ones on the net with the milk glass shade and
ssome with large cloth type lampshades.
Does anyone know what type of shade came on it orginally?

Hi Brian,
The Lumitone lamp/radio comes with a small milk glass shade, I have one. If you go to the following site there is one posted that sold on ebay not too long ago. I would be interested in knowing the value of this lamp. The site address is: www.lovebird.ca/ebay059.htm

Hi Dawn,
Thanks for the info. I checked out the website you
mentioned and saw the glass shade they used. Mine must have been converted to a standard slip on shade.
It is really a cool though, I use it as a desk lamp/radio. Paid about $50 for it at a Deleware antique store last year. At the same store I bought
a 'whiskey bottle' radio (has a tube radio inside the
whiskey bottle!) probably used in taverns back in the day. Thanks again!!
