Norm,

Actually, it's a more square-type design and is concave. I may have located a plastic (styrene) replacement, but the original glass looks like it's going to be next to impossible to locate. The grille cloth is a tough one, also. I've found patterns which are similar, but the original leaf pattern apparantly has not been reproduced. An option would be to find an identical radio with these parts intact, but I know I would end up wanting to restore them both. :)

Thanks.

Randy

I just checked Great Northern's website, and they have the replacement dial glass you are looking for ($16). It is an exact replacement made in plastic material. Good luck.

Thanks, Steve! I ordered the last one Alan had today. No luck on the grille cloth, though. He said he didn't think it was reproduced. Mine is just a little too threadbare to use in this otherwise great looking old radio, so I guess it's time to start thinking about going with the closest thing I can find.

Thank you Randy that is a good suggestion, However the glass on this model is 2/3 round as the bottom is squared off.
