Does any one have any idea as to the value and current
rating for the 3 chokes L1, L2, and L3 in the power
supply of a Radiola 18 ?

I would use 10 henry chokes for the two in the power supply, 50 ma rated would be ok. The last one can be the primary side of an output transformer for a 71 tube. Some companies used a 20 henry choke here but I didn't find shown on RCA prints.
