I can strongly recommend Mr H. J. van Duren for the excellent service and quality tubes he has provided for my small repair/restoration hobby.

I have made 6 separate purchases within the last 4 months or so, and the tubes are as described. If the tubes are used, they are tested on one of the finest Max Funke testers.

I did not understand your question "How?"
If you were referring to "How to contact Achim van Duren" he provided his email address as radiohobby@wanadoo.nl

If you were asking how he checked the tubes he sells, he has several very good European tube testers, and the results I get when I check the tubes he has shipped to me, I get practically the same results (I use a Hickok 752A).

Thanks for letting me know - I didn't realize that they could be thoroughly tested on a tube tester.
