Are you sure those are the right tubes? Could there be another tube?
6C6 and 78 are both pentode amplifiers. 38 is an audio output tube. You should also have a rectifier tube unless this radio was made for DC only? I didn't find a General Television radio with those tubes.

:It has a total of four tubes two tubes are 6C6 one is a number 38 and the last tube is a 78. I would be more then happy to send a picture to anyone that can help. Thanks in advance

In our Radio Diagram Sourcebook, General Television also has "American" and "Greeley" names connected with the company. I looked for any 4 tube radios, but did not find any under any of the above names, with the 4 tube lineup. But maybe you could look for that model under another name.
