Silvertone Console

I recently recieved and old silvertone AM/FM record changer console. I'm not sure of the model number, and the chasis numbers I have for it are not helping in my search. The chasis numbers I have are:

R05-72417-1
101.216
101.860

Any help would be much appreciated.
