Hello, I am trying to find info on a 4989-ak cap. The info I have only goes up to ag. I am guessing it has .09 caps in it but am not sure

According to Service Bulletin 289, pg 2, it was replaced by 4989-ODG .10mf on lugs 1&3, .10mf on lugs 1&2. Here are some Philco websites: http://hometown.aol.com/philcorestorer/myhomepage/index.html http://www.philcorepairbench.com/ http://www.philcoradio.com/ Lots of good info on all of them, and I think that all 3 have that service bulletin to download.

Hi guys,
The 4989AK use 4989ODG
The letter O is for high melting point wax
The letter D is for two capacitors of the same value
The letter G is for mounting hole lug grounded
And your right 0.1 in both
All this on my web site
