Hello, I would like to know if you can use a ceramic disk capacitor to replace the 100 pf cap in the 3/4 square I.F. can transformer. Are these stable enough or do i need to use a silver mica that aes sells

The cap is part of a tuned circuit. I would use something better than a ceramic.
