Filament voltage should be as specified. Plate and screen voltages shown are usually max. Don't know your radio but a lot of battery types used 90 volts for plates.

It requires 1 1/2 volts for filament and 90 volts for plate voltage. For test you can use a flashlight battery for filaments and 10 - 9 volt transistor radio batteries in series for "B".

: I have a crosley model B-5579-M, and cant find a whole lot of info on this set. I need to figure out wha the B-voltage would be. Is there a way to calculate the B-voltage using the voltage table and schematics along with the tube specs? I'm new to tubes, and really appreciate any help. thanks!
