I would like to know where I can found data sheet for russian tubes like 6pi14pi (6bq5) or 6pi3c (6l6). I know theses tubes are subtitutes for type in () but I what to see...

If you are able to read and write in Cyrilic, you could contact the factories. There are a few individuals in the past who have had some pages with limited amounts of information, but these were found years ago. The Russian tubes are also not exact equivalents, which is probably why you are looking for the spec sheets.

Skip some of the search engines that are popular or meta searches, but use thorough ones like Altavista (which do not rank sites by popularity of hits, but rather by relevence) is usually good, and probably the best for such technology searches because it allows you to go 20 plus pages deep into the search results which is what you will need to do. Enter the Russian tube numbers as they are to see if those turn up. Then get more vague.
