Can anyone help me on the following items

Value of a MINT Pilot super Wasp K-110 (asking $500, seems a bit steep to me)

Freq. coverage of a Grebe MU-1 Rcvr ? Looks like it is just BC. General value in good condition ? Asking $200

I give you values from the Collectors Guide to Antique Radios 4th edition. They list two Super Wasp's , one AC the other DC. Both are shown with a value of $375-$400.

The Grebe MU1 is valued at $225-$250. It is only broadcast band but was very good for 1925.
