The Model Number is 46-1203, Code 125, Part Number 39-8213.

Rock Sea has *accurate* Philco decals. They were designed with my help from various actual Philco decals. AES decals sheets are close, but poor replicas, in my opinion. I have done side-by-side measurements and detail accuracy checks are there is no comparison.
