I own a GE model H-77 which works until it warms up, and then the sound fades out. Can somebody give a clue to the cause of this?

Hi Paul

I would measure voltages. Your radio uses a 6Y6G output tube. Pin #5 must be 10 - 15 volts negative when measured from pin #8. What voltage do you have on Pin #3 and Pin #4?
