Keep an eye on ebay...they show up every so often. The actual guts are common to many clock radios etc. Be sure to spell Hammarlund correctly for best search results.
Jerry: What is the trouble with your clock? If it is the gear train then I recommend a total replacement, however, if it is the coil or the sealed armature then you can repair it. The sealed armatures did give some trouble. I have repaired a number of these by performing the following:
CAREFULLY drill a 3/32 hole in the cylindrical wall of the armature JUST PIERCING THE "SKIN". Use a hypo needle and inject about 3-4 cc of 10 weight oil into the body. If it does not run at first, use a soldering gun and apply heat to the end of the armature for 30-45 seconds. If the clock comes to life, then clean the metal around the hole and seal with solder. Many of these armatures can be found in old clock radios and electric clocks. A company by the name of S.LaRose also carries them. Good Luck.
If you can't fix the clock, the HQ-170 and, I think, the HQ-180 used the same one as the HQ-110.
Good luck.
