No, 12 volt tubes won't work in a radio designed for 6 volt. This is filament voltage. Your 12 volt tubes will not heat enough to have proper emission. Even if you could get something out of new 12 volt tubes they would be very slow heating and fail in time.
Do you have other tubes? 6CS6 or 6BY6 may work for 6BE6. Depending on the circuit 6BA6 might be replaced by 6BD6, 6AU6, 6BJ6, 6BH6, 6AG5, 6CB6.
