If it is like the latter two, is the compressor run from an external motor, or is the compressor one sealed coccoon? Either style should have a tag on or near the compressor with some age information. It may also be on the schematic as a publication date orinspection date.
If it is like the first one, there should be a production tag somewhere on the door, or inside the cabinet- possibly at the back, near the thermostat, or some conspicuous place- It should have production data with a production date. Otherwise look for a metal tag on or near the compressor- it should have that information too.
:Hi there, I have a Philco fridge and I have no idea what date it is...can someone help me? It's white and the model # is: R 7. The serial # is: 4110229
:Any help will be appreciated.
:Thanks! John
:Is it a squared flat top?
:Is it a rounded top?
:Is the evaporating coil on top of the fridge- Like the ralph Kramden in "The Honeymooners"?
