They do have a 25 dollar minimum order, but if they carry correct parts, that is not a tough thing at all.

AES, tubesandmore.com , lists both 6000 & 10,000 volt capacitors in their catalog. Like John mentioned, they have a min order but it's $10.00.
Highest value listed is .0033 @ 6000 volts and .0025 at 10,000. You could use 2 - .0025 is parallel for your .005. They aren't expensive but you will meet the $10.00 min doing this.
