On the first item, it could be corrosion on a tube pin (chronic on subminiature types), which can be remedied with a small amount of "Rail Zip" on the pins, and the tube rocked a bit in the socket- check the socket for deformities on the underside just to make sure that may not be a problem, and to make sure that you have not created that problem by rocking the tube.
On the second one, sometimes reflowing the solder in the pins to make sure that one has not pulled loose.
On the third, simple inspection, or just apply soldering iron tip as needed.
On fourth, with radio operating, gently move the cap with a screwdriver to see if that has any effect.
On fifth- check the first item in list.

: Thanks for that info the 7G7 tube had no number on it so I could not test it.as it turns out it was good but the 6K7 tube has a short sometimes. This is my friends dads radio and he is having some problems with it.He said that when he taps on a tube the volume gos up and down.
Looks like everyone has you set up with the tube compliment, and the schematics can be found under Chasis 5808.
I suggest going to a local library and using their photocopier, as the schematic and service/alignment instructions for the 5808 here has almost unreadable parts values/numbers due to the scan resolution used. As I recall, the info you want can be found in Rider Volume 11.
Keep in mind, I'm not dissing the schematics here per se, they are useful, and we all appreciate the service. All I'm saying here is that the particular schematic here has some very small print that didn't scan too well.
