Although these were and remain excellent performers, I am sorry to have to advise you that their current value is extremely low. There are a number of reasons for this, including the fact that they are large and heavy (making shipment difficult and/or expensive) and their styling and size, although popular at the time, does not fit into many people's current ideas of home decor. And of course the shift of the recording industry from phonographs to CDs adds to the problem. Finally, the TV and computer have taken the place of radio and audio as the main source of entertainment in most households. With their low value in the current market, the internal components of these consoles (especially the speakers, etc.) may actually have more value than the console as a whole, thus unfortunately causing many nice sets to be broken up for parts.
The best advice is to continue to use and enjoy your RCA, for they are fine sets. If you need to dispose of it you will be lucky to get $25-$30 for it, more likely you will have to donate it to someone just to get them to haul it away.
