I am trying to locate the manuals as referenced in the above subject line. I have a RCA Model 8U(Radio-AM w/Shortwave), Serial #005144. If anyone can assist me regarding this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Information on RCA Model 8U can be found in Rider Vol #8. It's also available here on nostalgiaair.

Hi Norm

Thank you very much for the quick response to my question. I made an attempt to try to send you an answer a few minutes ago, however, I hit the wrong key and it disappeared. I don't know where it went.

Anyway, I found the information where you stated it would be and downloaded it on my computer. The print is a little small, however, I am going to take it tomorrow and have the size increased a little so I can more readily read it.

Thank you again. This is the first time I have used this type of forum and I didn't expect a correct response to my problem so quickly.
