Hello I'd like the schematic for the Philco 46-1203-122 Mostly I need the Record player Data and how to calibrate the needle and mechanics.. I also wonder what is inside the cartridge as it is a pop riveted shure P90S 35-2643 written on it. What is inside it Caps?? I'm curious? and the gold needle? Do they wear out?? AM I supposed to clean it with something??

I have the original Philco Service bulletins for this radio/phono. The model 46-1203 is covered in an 8-page bulletin which includes circuit description, troubleshooting & alignment procedures, chassis photos, schematic, parts list, etc.
This set uses the Philco D-10 record changer, which is covered in a separate 16-page service bulletin.
The Philco model 46-1203 is also covered in SAMS #6-23.
