Grundigs are pretty safe to just check/measure and replace as needed, but I am not sure when they went to styrene or polyester types.
Grundig never went real cheap.
:What is the normal cap life on the little cream paper covered caps in the more modern Grundig sets from the late 50's/60's. I replaced the filter caps already. I know it's common procedure to do a complete replacement on the older 30's sets of other manufacturers radios with the Wax yellow caps, however would that be necessary on the newer Grundigs? Or should I just measure + replace the bad ones? Thanx Brian
