Model 1204 is a good number and matches tubes listed. Information is in Rider Vol #18 starting on Stromberg Carlson page 18-4.

:I bought a Stromberg Carlson radio that has no ID on it that is clear enough to read. It looks like a 1204 but has a metal speaker grille. The tubes are 12BE6,(3) 12BA6, 50L6, 6AQ6 & 12H6. What model is this? Any and all help is appreciated,
