I believe that number to be the units SERIAL number instead of its model number. By that number, guessing it to be an ~ '60 vintage portable pocket transistor
"6" model. Typically the documentation sticker is on the inside of the back cover after you pull it off to get to battery replacement access. BTW what is the type of battery complement ?
