I'll send you information on a power supply. It will be more than you need as it was made to also power 5 volt DC tubes.

: I have several old Farm radios that take a 90volt/1.5 volt battery. does any one have a good circuit to make a battery eliminator.

With the correct selection of Zener diodes for the regulated supply, 1.5 volts is possible, also using other such variable regulators as an LM350, or uA350 voltage regulator.
