i bought this solid state phono at the goodwill and it plays at the right speed, but there is a buzz. what is going on? how can this be fixed? thank you.

The filter caps have failed. They just need replacement, they are probably either 470 mfd, 1000 mfd, or 2000mfd. Match the working voltage, or go just slightly higher.
