Hi,
First check the output tubes for a short, and their general condition.
Second check the caps in the finals.
Third, check to see if the resistors have shifted in value in the final output section. Especially the cathode resistors. Make sure they are the same for each tube.
Fourth, check the output transformer for a short between windings ( but I have had speaker flex leads burn out with just 50 volts on them without damaging the voice coil windings on other types of amps.)
:...with my beloved Harman Kardon Citation 22: I suspect that I get high voltage (had to shut it down) on the right speaker. what should I do?

:Thanks for your help!
