To the best of my knowledge, there is no source of new or NOS replacement drive and cam wheels for the 45 players. The only possibility might be old stock at radio/TV repair shops or jobbers, etc. But the old wheels can be rebuilt with new rubber tires. Try West-Tech Services in Prospect, TN at (931) 424-1214. If your old rubber tires are hardened but still intact, sometimes you can restore them yourself using one of the rubber "revitalizer" products sold at electronics stores or at Antique Electronic Supply.
Same thing goes for the cartridge. The 45 players used a crystal cartridge, and these are almost always bad. Finding a NOS replacement will be difficult, and even if you do there is no guarantee that it will be any better than your old one. But you might check at www.garage-a-records.com West-Tech services can also rebuild your old crystal cartridge for about $45 including shipping. There are also several sources, including William Bosco (http://www.recordplayersplus.com), which can install a modern stereo cartridge in the shell of your old crystal cartridge. The stereo output terminals of the new cartridge are bridged so you can hear both tracks of a stereo record on your mono 45 player. Bosco sells these complete units outright, or will give you a small credit if you send your old crystal cartridge to him for rebuilding.
You can also install a modern ceramic cartridge yourself in the 45 players. See the following website:

Click on "Replacing RCA cartridge".
