I just purchased a wood tube radio with a tuning eye with (SW/BC) that I can't identify. It has the following tubes:
6U5, 6V6, 6K7, 6K7, 6B8, 6J7, 5Z4

I saw no identifying stamps at all on the chassis or the cabinet. Thanks for your help.

It looks like a Silvertone but I can't be sure. I recently purchased a large wood set for almost nothing because it had no labels or markings. Upon removing the chassis I found the label underneath maybe you will have the same luck.

: How about the original tubes markings ? Seems like
: Wards and Sears ( Silvertone) and some others liked
: to use tubes with their markings on them...even
: though they were not the actual manuf of the tubes.
: And maybe there potentially could have been
: a bit more data on the units back cardboard
: cover if it had one.
