I got a sx43 ? gray Receiver that needs touching up.
Any one knows of a matching Paint? I am not shure of
the Model Number now, but thay are all the same basic
collour. I would appreciate some info, some-one must
have done this before.

Following is a copy of a posting to the hallicrafters@qth.net list on 12/22/97 that may help you:

R&R Designs, Marshall, WI, supplies paint for many/most BA's, + some
other items, such as Hammarlund clocks, Heath stuff, etc.

Spray cans, touch-up bottles, pints, quarts, etc.
I called him a couple of weeks ago, my first time, got the same
stuff you need. Bob is knowledgeable, will give tips on "how to",
etc.

match using the automotive touch up sprays etc. commonly found at the
usual sources. If there is one, please list manufacturer's data.
