There a few places that come to mind, one is Antique Electronics Supply (http://www.tubesandmore.com/), they have a few N.O.S. tranformers; and also the "Radio Junkyard" (http://vintage-electronics.com/rjy.htm). There are other places too that handle some of the vintage transformers, but the real question becomes one of cost vs value. If the replacement cost of the transformer is in excess of comparable used equipment, is the value there?

It might be better to locate the entire tester and hang on to this one as a spare. There are a lot of testers available on the net, it just takes a little time to search. WOrst case scenario- online auctions, best chances will be on some of the ad lists of Ham radio operators or clubs. Tranformers are expensive, and in the case of that type, difficult to locate at best.
