You should find a date of production stamped on the back of the case, or possibly on the vibrator, or between the pins of the vibrator.
As for year, Probably 1946 to 1948, or 1949.
Otherwise Sam's lists many of those, but there is usually a time lag between publication year and car model year. Sam's lists yours as folder 71, which happens to be the same folder listed for an 810 that I recently finished repairing. That specific 810 was stamped that it was made in 1950.

:The "C" in the Philco number indicates yours went specifically into a Chrysler, not Desoto, Plymouth, or Dodge- But this is not to say that it might not fit into one that used the dashboard stamping.
