I am looking for the Filament, Grid and Plate voltages and current ratings etc. for the 1R4 tube. Thank you for any info. you can supply.

This is an RF diode. Filament 1.4V @ 0.15A. Also known as 1294. Filament: pins 1,8; plate pin 4, cathode pin 7. Data from Tung-Sol manual.:I am looking for the Filament, Grid and Plate voltages and current ratings etc. for the 1R4 tube. Thank you for any info. you can supply.
