Silvertone Identification (Help!)
8/18/2002 4:19:04 PMCharles McBurney
I picked up a sad sack wood 6 tube Silvertone radio last weekend. It looks like a late 30's early 40's model w/ push buttons,BC only. The paper labels have all rotted away leaving the model number on the back and it is 110-988-2. I can only ID one tube, it is a 35l6. Any and all help would be appreciated.

Hi,
It could be a 7251 (most likely), but it could also be a 7246.

The schematic is here on Nostalgia Air, but is not very readable, but if you wanted to see it and see what it looks like on your end printed, right click on the image and select "Save image as", and then print it out on your end using a "draft mode" on your printer. It may work well enough for you.
