I bought out a estate and this tester came with it. First off what is it? Second I downloaded the online manaul but can not view it? Thrid whats one of these worth?

::Hi Larry---I just found one of these testers also andwhat it appears to be is a vtvm that also contains a capacitor checker. The unit that I got has no tube in the socket and has much rust from a battery that was not removed when it died. The outside looks fine but the inside is a disaster. Have you found out anything about it? I will go to Nostalgia air and download the schematic when I am through sending this. I used a "Google" search and your name came upand that is how I found you.
