Need schematics for Airline Model 04WG-1108
7/23/1999 12:41:15 PMMichael Johnson
I posted an earlier message with the wrong Model #. I just found a label on the chassis with the
model # 04WG-1108. Its possible there was one more digit after the 8 because of a tear in the label, but its close to the edge so I don't think so. The tubes used are: one 6C6, two 6D6, one 6J5G, two 41, two 76, one 80, and a tuning eye 6U5. I have not been able to find this model in the schematics database, I think its a little newer than the models listed. Thank you for your help.

I got the schematics, however they were corrupted or something. I could not open them with any of my graphics programs. Maybe you could Zip them, or send them in another file format. Thank you so much!

I need drawings of airline seating. In particular arm rests that contain fold out trays or devices. If any one can help, I'd be grateful.

Hi Michael

Your radio is not listed in Rider. I believe you have the model number correct. The only thing that could be missing would be a letter after the last number. Several of us will be checking for a similar schematic.

A couple questions.. Was the radio built in the US? Canadian radios are different. Is there a 6A7 in the radio? It's hard to understand why your radio has a 6J5G and 76 tubes. They are similar electrically but the 76 is an earlier tube. Is there any sign that radio was modified and the 6J5G was added later?

I don't know where the radio was built, however I picked it up in Idaho and there are alot of Canadians here.
No, there is no 6A7 tube.
It seems weird to me too that they would use a 6J5G tube with all those older tubes. However, there is a point of interest: The tube diagram on the inside of the cabinet clearly indicates a 6J5G tube, but the cassis has a sticker at the 6J5G socket while the other sockets had the label stamped into the metal. I wonder if it was a later revision and they modified the amp to use the 6J5G instead of something else. I will see if I can look under the sticker. Thanks for your help.

: I have a schematic for the 04WG1108 A radio. It has 3 of the #76 tubes. The original parts list has spare parts listed for a max of $2.48; most spare parts are less than $1.00 US.
