AK44 Tube Layout

Do you have any information that would show the
layout and type of tubes for an AK44?

Hi Matthew

The original rectifier would be UX280 or CX380, next to power supply. UX2 was used by RCA and CX3 Cunningham marking. Newer "sholder" tube will be marked, 80.

The output tube, far right in front is a 71A. Next to it a 26 and the 5 pin tube a 27. All other tubes by tuners are 26's. Like above, older globe shape tubes will have prefixes.

Be careful, do not put a #26 in 71A or 80 socket. The 26 is a 1.5 volt filament tube. 71A & 80 are 5 volts.
