Does anyone know if I can buy a replacement needle for this unit?

I don't know to much about these big beautiful devices, but am trying to learn.

Hi,
Chances are good that you can. You first have to identify the cartridge if it is one that does not use the olds tyle steel needles.

If they do not have the needle that you seek, there is also playthings of the past, or the "Needledoctor"- www.needledoctor.com
